Just thought i would pop on here and make my thoughts on your guild known.

As an Officer of Huhuholics, and as Ex-Gm of the original A
Few Good Men, i would just like to point out we are in no way
affiliated with this guild.


There maybe be 1, or 2 people in this "new" AFGM that were in the
old one, but they were not any part of our core team, and i seem to
remember Tuckeh being kicked for not making the grade.


So nice try at some free fame, but really your nothing but a bunch of no-hopers.
To steal a guild name, just for its past fame, is just comical.

Why do you even care, when you disbanded and merged it with, what was it, i cannot remember, TaO? instead of just letting the ppl who wanted to merge, join AFGM at that time?

I dont care your using the name, what i care about is the fact your using the name in a recruitment post as some sort of claim of having good players, when clearly that isnt the case.

Yeah true, you can't tell anyone what to call their guild, but claiming that you are AFGM from Dunemaul/Tarren Mill which is a blatant lie, is pretty lame

We currently have 4 oldschool members that was in AFGM premigration to TM(BWL-AQ40 Vaelestraez - C'thun to be exact for 3 of em and 1 of em a bit into Naxx).

Let's see if you can figure out who they are. But if you find it offensive, we can remove that ofc.

Hay to the old guys, but imo remove that thing claiming you're the old afgm resurrected. I think it is only the guildmaster + officers that can claim a resurrection. That is not the case here. If you like the name, fine, but don't say you're something you are not.

Maybe you should try actually reading the post on the official forums. It clearly explains what happened to the old AFGM and that the new guild was made by [i]a few[i/] of the members from the old guild. Nothing more, nothing less.

It's pretty obvious you're just reading what you want to read.

I don't think Xni said we are trying to claim the faim of ex-afgm. He said that afgm was created on aga by a few people who originally were in this guild and wanne "shine" like old afgm did. And no-one of us (who weren't in old afgm) don't trying to pretend and claim your glory or whatever. You could also write it here that you are not pleased how our recruitment post is written instead of flaming us on aga forum from something which isn't obviously true.

It has been edited, and I can only speak for myself, I thank you for editing it. I don't mind you having the name that you have. It is a free right to call a guild w/e you want to call it. And I don't think it's awesome that people are starting to flame each other :/ Some people just get angry easier than others, some old AFGM'er saw that post and put a bit too much into it I think, and let their angry feelings turn into hostile remarks.
Since it's edited now, it's all good. I don't bare any grudge, I just wish you guys good luck in your progress through the content, and may you give glory to the guild name

I'm about to lock this thread because prolly no-one from our guild members has anything constructive (go trolling to aga forum) and Tuckeh or Xni can open it if they would like to add their 2c. Seems it's sorted now, so I hope you are not arsed anymore on us.. I'm sure all our members want their own glory and not just faping over the (yours) old one.

We could aswell call it a merge of A Few Good Men AND Never Ending, as I started Never Ending, and that we have a handfull of members here who was in NE too, and as you most likely rememberr, NE was the core of Fate, whom actually were... THE most progressive guild on Tarren Mill (In Vanilla) And even while Fate were alive in TBC, we (NE) were the most progressive guild.

However, we've removed the old recruitment post and edited it, so hopefully you guys can sleep well tonight. I'm not to start a war, but calling every random joe who were in AFGM back then, and making them post and trying to badname us, is pathetic.

Unless this thread turns into pointless crap of random flame and whine, dont lock it.
